Challenge
India's growing tourism is hindered by safety risks, scams, cultural gaps, and lack of real-time guidance especially for solo travelers, women, and creators. There's a need for a unified solution to ensure safer, smarter and more enriching travel experiences.
Solution
• Conducted user research to identify solo traveler safety pain points; developed personas and journey maps.
• Designed high-fidelity UI screens for real-time safety features (GPS tracking, emergency alerts) in Figma.
• Built and maintained a reusable component-based design system ensuring visual consistency across screens.
• Developed interactive prototypes and conducted usability testing to validate design decisions.
